Moroccan Sparkle Cleaning Services is a growing residential and commercial cleaning company based in Calgary. We are looking for a reliable, experienced Lead Cleaner to join our team and help deliver consistent, high-quality service to our clients.
As a Lead Cleaner, you will lead 1–2 cleaners on residential jobs across Calgary, ensure quality standards are met, and represent our company professionally to clients.
What You'll Do
- Lead residential and commercial cleaning jobs across Calgary
- Train and supervise junior cleaners on the job
- Ensure quality standards are met before leaving each home
- Communicate professionally with clients
- Manage cleaning supplies and report low inventory
- Complete a checklist for every job and confirm with the office
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 1 year of professional cleaning experience
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable leading a small team
- Valid driver's license and own vehicle preferred (not required)
- Able to communicate clearly in English
- Physically able to perform cleaning tasks (lifting up to 25 lbs, standing for hours)
- Legally entitled to work in Canada
- Clean criminal record (background check required)
What We Offer
- Starting pay: $20/hour (raise to $22/hour after 90-day probation)
- Full-time hours: 30+ hours per week
- Paid 4-hour trial shift before hiring
