We're looking for a reliable Marine Technician to join our team and help with routine maintenance, servicing, and general upkeep of customer boats. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, is eager to learn and grow, and understands the importance of working as part of a team. We're looking for someone who is dependable, motivated, and committed to supporting the shop while helping us keep projects moving efficiently.
Key responsibilities include:
- Performing routine boat maintenance, including oil changes, anode replacement, gear lube changes, impeller replacement, and other preventative maintenance tasks
- Completing repairs and maintenance within established timeframes
- Conducting quality inspections to ensure all work meets our standards
- Working collaboratively with the service team and other dealership staff
- Providing accurate estimates for labour and identifying any additional recommended maintenance or repairs
- Following all workplace safety procedures and wearing appropriate personal protective equipment
- Keeping your tools and work area clean, organized, and in good working order
- Staying current with technical service bulletins, product updates, and industry best practices
- Participating in manufacturer and in-house training opportunities
- Maintaining a high standard of customer service and satisfaction with every job
Qualifications:
- Must possess essential mechanical and technical skills
- Must have drivers license
- Ability to maintain professional attire and attitude at all times
- Ability to work independently as well as a team

Training will be provided where necessary.
Wage will be based on experience.
