Job Title:- Project Coordinator
Tru Inc. is seeking Project Coordinators. We have two (2) permanent positions available for an immediate start.
Location: This role is hybrid, allowing you some flexibility to work from the comfort of your own space. However, frequent in-person meetings within the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) will be required. Candidates should be prepared to attend these meetings in person, as necessary.

The Project Coordinator plays a critical supporting role within our Project Management Office (PMO). This role is ideal for someone highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive who thrives in a fast-paced digital agency environment.
Working closely with Project Managers and cross-functional teams, the Project Coordinator supports the coordination, documentation, tracking, and communication required to keep digital and technology projects running smoothly. This role focuses on execution support, governance documentation, stakeholder communication, and administrative excellence to help ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget. The ideal candidate will have experience delivering or have been part of a project team that has delivered enterprise CMS website design, development, ecommerce, SEO, PPC, UX, analytics, content at scale, and digital experience platforms.
Responsibilities:

Assist project managers in planning and executing project plans to meet deadlines and client expectations.

Handle multiple tasks within your project portfolio and help keep projects on track.
- Ensure project milestones are met, communication is clear, and collaboration among teams is effective.
- Act as a primary or secondary point of contact for project updates and client communications.

Collaborate with internal teams to monitor project progress and maintain project governance documentation of timelines and key milestones.

Support the coordination of project resources, scheduling, and task assignment.

Proactively identify potential project risks and communicate them to the project manager or relevant stakeholders.

Provide regular project status updates and facilitate communication across teams.

Help ensure client satisfaction by maintaining open communication and addressing any project-related concerns.

Document and report on project learnings, contributing to process improvement and knowledge-sharing.
Requirements:
What you’ll bring:

2+ years of experience in project/ account coordination or project/ account management, preferably in a technology, consulting, or marketing agency.

Familiarity with project management tools and software including JIRA, Confluence, ClickUp, Figma, GSuite, Office 365, Teams

Demonstrated strong organizational skills and an ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Understanding of the project management lifecycle and methodologies (waterfall and agile delivery methodologies)

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Self starter, critical thinker and a quick learner with the ability to identify potential project challenges

Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to managing challenges.

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.

Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining quality standards.
Preferred Experience:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, marketing, communications, project management, or computer sciences.

Experience working with teams across North America, India, and APAC regions.

Familiarity with managing site and app development projects and collaborating with analysts and media partners.

Consumer packaged goods, retail, finance, or loyalty industry experience is a plus.
