The Administrative Assistant provides high-level administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This role involves handling a variety of tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, maintaining records, and assisting with day-to-day office operations.

Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.

Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.

Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other communications.

Maintain and organize filing systems (electronic and physical).

Assist with travel arrangements and expense reporting.

Order office supplies and manage inventory.

Support team projects and provide general administrative assistance.

High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
