Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Painter and Tile Installer to join our night crew. This role involves working in commercial and retail environments, completing painting and tile installation work after business hours.
Responsibilities
- Interior painting (walls, ceilings, trim) as well as exterior
- Tile installation and repairs (floor and wall tile)
- Surface preparation, patching, sanding, and finishing
- Tile removal, layout, cutting, and installation
- Maintain clean and safe job sites
- Work efficiently during overnight shifts with minimal supervision
- Follow company safety and quality standards
Requirements
- Proven experience in painting and tile installation
- Ability to work night shifts
- Valid Ontario G driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to read, speak, and understand English
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and workmanship
Preferred (Assets)
- Experience working in commercial or retail settings
- Own tools (required for subcontractors)
- WHMIS / Working at Heights certification
