Job Summary
We’re looking for a CPAP Sales & Sleep Support Representative to join our patient-focused sleep clinic team. This is a field-based position with regular in-home patient visits. The ideal candidate enjoys working independently, is comfortable with medical equipment, and has an interest in healthcare sales and patient care.
You will be assigned patients to contact and will manage your own schedule to coordinate consultations, follow-ups, and in-home CPAP setups. A company vehicle will be provided for all work-related travel.
Key Responsibilities
Patient Education, Setup & Support
- Contact assigned patients and schedule appointments directly into your own calendar
- Conduct in-home CPAP setups and patient onboarding sessions
- Provide education on CPAP equipment, including use, cleaning, maintenance, and troubleshooting
- Perform mask fittings and assist patients in selecting appropriate equipment for comfort and therapy success
- Support patients with ongoing therapy concerns and escalate clinical issues to appropriate staff when required
- Conduct follow-ups to support adherence, comfort, and long-term therapy success
Sales & Supply Management
- Recommend and provide CPAP masks, filters, tubing, cleaning supplies, and related accessories
- Promote resupply programs and proactively engage patients due for replacement supplies
- Maintain strong product knowledge, including features, benefits, and appropriate usage
Remote Practice & Field Operations
- Maintain accurate patient records in EMR and inventory systems
- Manage your schedule independently and efficiently to meet patient care and business needs
- Ensure proper handling and care of assigned company vehicle and equipment
- Collaborate virtually and in-person with clinicians, MOAs, and clinic staff to ensure seamless patient care transitions
Requirements
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Comfortable working independently in a remote field-based role
- Ability to discuss medical equipment and support patient questions with confidence and professionalism
- Previous experience in healthcare, medical devices, sales, retail, or customer service preferred
- Familiarity with CPAP therapy or respiratory care is an asset (training provided)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Basic computer and data entry skills

- Meet or exceed patient engagement, resupply, and sales targets
- Maintain high standards of patient satisfaction and support outcomes
- Adhere to clinic policies, privacy standards, and professional conduct expectations

Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive hourly wage (CA$26.00/hour)
