Hiring: Experienced Carpenter / Skilled Labourer (Lake Cowichan Area)
Hey neighbours! J Plus Contracting has recently relocated to the beautiful Lake Cowichan area. Business is growing, and we are looking for a reliable, skilled labourer or experienced carpenter to join our local team.
We focus on building high-quality outdoor spaces, especially custom decks around Lake Cowichan, Youbou, and the wider Cowichan Valley.

- Experience with outdoor timber builds, deck building, and fine finishing.
- A love for working with wood, we do a lot of custom cedar work, and we need someone who appreciates the beauty of crafting with quality cedar.
- Your own reliable transport to get to local job sites.
- A positive, hands-on attitude and a passion for solid craftsmanship.
