The Role
We’re looking for a Shift Supervisor to lead high-volume service across both bar and front of house. This is a hands-on role for someone who can manage flow, support the team, and maintain strong execution across all areas of the café.
What You’ll Do
- Lead shifts and ensure smooth, efficient service across bar and front of house
- Maintain strong service flow, speed, and order accuracy during peak periods
- Support beverage execution while overseeing overall floor operations
- Coach and support team members to meet service and product standards
- Manage floor coverage and adjust staffing based on volume
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation throughout the shift
- Handle guest concerns and ensure a consistent guest experience
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years in a high-volume café or hospitality environment
- Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong ability to multitask and manage busy service periods
- Confident across both bar and front of house operations
- Clear communicator with strong team leadership skills
- Flexible availability, including weekends

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $19.00-$20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
