Warehouse & Delivery Role
We’re looking for a reliable, hands-on team member to support both our warehouse operations and local deliveries at HVAC X Supply.
This is a practical, fast-moving role where you’ll be involved in everything from preparing customer orders to delivering materials directly to job sites across the GTA. No two days are exactly the same, and the work is essential to keeping contractors supplied and projects moving.
The Work You’ll Be Doing
Your responsibilities will shift between warehouse tasks and delivery runs:
Order Handling
- Prepare customer orders so they’re ready for pickup or shipment
- Double-check items before they go out to ensure accuracy
- Help keep product organized and easy to locate
Receiving & Inventory
- Unload incoming shipments and verify contents
- Place stock in proper locations within the warehouse
- Support ongoing inventory checks and organization
Deliveries Across the GTA
- Transport HVAC materials to customer locations and job sites
- Load and secure items safely before leaving the warehouse
- Confirm deliveries on-site and ensure correct drop-offs
Equipment Use & Safety
- Use basic warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (training available if needed)
- Follow safety procedures at all times
- Report issues with equipment or stock when noticed
Team Support
- Work alongside warehouse and delivery staff to keep daily operations running smoothly
- Step in where needed to help the team hit deadlines
What Kind of Person Fits Best
We’re not looking for perfection — we’re looking for someone dependable and consistent.
- Previous warehouse or delivery experience is helpful but not required
- Must be comfortable with physical work and lifting up to 50 lbs
- Valid forklift certification required
- Valid G driver’s license required
- Able to stay organized in a busy environment
- Basic comfort with computers or handheld inventory systems
- Positive, reliable, and shows up on time
- Willing to learn and take direction
