At The Yarrow Centre, we are creating a warm, welcoming, and thoughtfully designed space where educators and children can thrive together. We are seeking reflective, passionate, and reliable Early Childhood Educators (ECEs) who value connection, collaboration, and a holistic approach to early learning.
We are currently hiring for:
- Toddler Program (18 months – 3 years)
- Preschool Program (3 – 5 years)
Our program is a play-based environment grounded in research, compassion, and connection. We are inclusive, trauma-informed, and were intentionally designed by clinicians with a deep understanding of child development. We view each child as a whole—honouring their emotional, social, cognitive, and physical development—while creating meaningful, responsive programming led by skilled educators. Our environment is organic, reflective, and rooted in relationships.
Our educators provide consistent, responsive care that builds trust, supports self-regulation, and honours each child’s unique experiences. We intentionally integrate some of the Second Step Early Learning curriculum and Interoception (the awareness of body signals like hunger, energy, and emotions), and clinician informed approaches in a carefully curated curriculum specifically designed for Yarrow, to support children holistic learning and managing their feelings. With a strong focus on social-emotional development and daily nature-based exploration, we encourage curiosity, resilience, and a deep sense of belonging—laying the foundation for lifelong learning and well-being.
This role is perfect for someone who values being part of a supportive, collaborative team while continuing to grow in their practice.
