The Truck Licensing System (TLS) Coordinator is responsible for performing a wide variety of day-to-day TLS administration including validating supporting TLS Program data, and processing of all applications associated with the VFPA Access Agreements and Office of the BC Container Trucking Commissioner (OBCCTC) Licenses, including truck additions, owner operator sponsorships and joinders. Additionally, the TLS Coordinator is the primary system administrator, responsible for planning system enhancements, troubleshooting, implementing upgrades and testing.
What you do:
- Coordinate and perform the TLS Program administration ensuring processing of licence and sponsorship-related tasks in a timely and accurate manner.

Coordinate and support the annual Local OBCCTC Licence renewals ensuring compliance with defined requirements.

Act as administrative liaison with the OBCCTC and coordinate on day-to-day administration issues.

Coordinate VFPA’s monthly drayage scorecard and dashboard reporting process on time.

Handle high volume of routine telephone enquiries within scope.

Prepare general correspondence as required.

File and ensure TLS records are in good order.

Support the TLS Documentation Coordinator as required.

Act as the power user for the TLS information system and assist with system support and orient internal and external users.

Coordinate change order requirements for third party vendors.

Log and maintain service tickets for Salesforce (TLS platform).

Prioritize work requirements for third party vendors.

Test all updates in test-environment in a timely fashion.

Implement roll-out of patches and module upgrades after test phase is complete.
What you bring:
- Completion of a post-secondary certificate in operations, logistics or transportation, or another acceptable certificate from a recognized institution

A minimum of 1 ½ years operations/logistics experience working with policy/license administration.

Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel.

Fluency in Punjabi would be considered an asset.
