What we need:
We are seeking a hard working and dedicated full-time operator to join our small and growing company. An ideal candidate has a strong problem solving mindset and can work productively on their own, or in a team. Our primary values are efficiency and independence, and we have carefully crafted a team that is able to get through inventory quickly and with minimal guidance.
This position rewards efficiency and hard-work through monthly bonuses when pack targets are exceeded.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and pack orders for shipments according to specifications.
- Work with warehouse management software to progress shipments.
- Perform shipping and receiving duties, including loading and unloading trucks.
- Handle heavy lifting tasks as required (moving pallets, lifting boxes, etc).
- Apply a process improvement mindset, look for ways to make tasks more efficient.
