PRODUCT MANAGER – CO-OP / INTERN
Your Position & How You Will Contribute:
Reporting to the Director, Product Management, this position will have both administrative and strategic responsibilities, helping the team to manage the existing base of customers, present findings, create reports, and work on developing and executing roadmap items. In this dynamic position, you will be required to utilize your business knowledge, learn and understand in a dynamic environment, and support the company as we continue to grow and scale.
Responsibilities & Key Duties:
Product Management

Report on core Product KPIs and identify trends, areas for improvement.

Contribute to ongoing performance reports for various teams including Product, Marketing, Sales, Executives.

Monitor external environment, contribute to the ongoing analysis of the competitive landscape, drive better understanding of the existing customer base, provide guidance and tactics to directly respond to competitive threats.

Develop, maintain, and enhance Excel-based reports, dashboards, and analytical models using advanced Excel functions, including VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, PivotTables, Power Query, formulas, and VBA

Monitor pricing and promotion opportunities, and help action timely changes, as required.

Drive Customer Experience by using analytics to identify and resolve top customer pain points and find creative ways to drive meaningful customer value.

Contribute to presentations and other material for various levels of the organization that include but are not limited to informational, training, alignment, or approval.
Roadmap & Features

Contribute to the ongoing development and evolution of the product roadmap including assessment of features, functionality, competitors and current / potential vendors.

Work with Finance to create business cases for new feature launches or other potential roadmap items.

Be the liaison with our internal technology and operations teams to drive clarity and understanding of product features, product changes, assessments, impacts
