Seeking a motivated, full-time property maintenance professional to be responsible for clients’ properties; experience is not required as training is provided. This candidate will be expected to work in the field daily with one assistant and, at times, more. This individual must be personable and comfortable with meeting clients to discuss specific property details to maintain these properties to the superior standards is expected.
Individuals with the ability to make small repairs and maintain our field equipment: mowers, trimmers, landscape equipment, small engines, and being comfortable with operating all of the mentioned equipment will be given greater consideration. Individuals who meet the following requirements should apply for this position.
A keen interest in working outdoors, attention to detail, and comfortable with operating power equipment
Clean drivers abstract and comfortable driving trucks with large trailers
Able to get to and from our location in Kitchener and work flexible hours, with a start time of 7am
The position is available April through November. Winter employment is also a possibility for the right candidate.
Hourly rates of $25-$27 depending on qualifications.
