Job Description:
Reno Liquidation Depot is seeking a self-motivated, organized individual to join our team in a fast-paced environment. This multi-faceted role combines creative kitchen design, hands-on customer sales support, and essential administrative duties. The ideal candidate possesses excellent communication skills, a strong eye for detail, and a passion for helping clients find the right products.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Floor & Client Relations
- Engage with clients directly on the showroom floor to assist them with various home renovation products.
- Collaborate with Reno Liquidation Depot clients to understand their kitchen design needs and aesthetic preferences.
- Create detailed, high-quality kitchen designs using 2020 Design software.
- Develop and present design concepts to clients, incorporating feedback and revisions.
- Provide accurate on-site measurements and technical specifications for construction and installation.
- Coordinate directly with contractors, suppliers, and installation professionals throughout the remodeling process.
- Stay up-to-date with showroom inventory, industry trends, materials, and advancements in kitchen design.
Administration & Coordination
- Answer and directly route incoming phone calls and emails from clients and suppliers.
- Meet with clients to ascertain the intended functions and look of their space.
- Follow up with prospective customers to maintain a steady project pipeline.
- Schedule in-office appointments
Job Requirements
- Availability to work every Saturday.
- Comfortable working on your feet on a busy retail sales floor.
- Proven experience or strong knowledge of 2020 Design software (highly preferred).
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Proven ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, retail environment.
