Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM | Monday to Saturday
Compensation: $18–$19 per hour + Performance-Based Incentives
About the Role
Ask Era Immigration is looking for an experienced Admissions Counsellor to join our growing team in Mississauga. If you have experience in Canadian study permit counselling, education consulting, or telesales and enjoy helping students achieve their education goals, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Make a high volume of outbound calls and engage with prospective clients throughout the workday.
- Follow up with leads and build strong client relationships.
- Counsel students on Canadian colleges, universities, and study pathways.
- Guide clients through admission requirements, application procedures, and study permit processes.
- Achieve monthly enrolment and conversion targets.
- Maintain accurate client records and communications in the CRM system.
- Work closely with the admissions and immigration teams to deliver an excellent client experience.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Canadian study permit counselling, education consulting, or telesales.
- Strong knowledge of Canadian colleges, universities, and admission processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and Punjabi.
- Strong sales, counselling, lead conversion, and client relationship management skills.
- Self-motivated, organized, and target-driven.
