Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries in person, via phone, email, or chat, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or product recommendations.
- Handle complaints and resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Engage in upselling opportunities by promoting additional products or services that meet customer needs.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions through data entry.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while communicating with customers, clearly and concisely
- Stay organized by documenting every interaction.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs effectively.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on in-person and phone etiquette.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in data entry with attention to detail.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
- Strong communications skills required, as you will deal with customers on a daily basis.
