I’m attending the World Employment Conference (HR-Tech) and looking for a high-performing SDR/BD professional to support me on-site for 2 days.
What you’ll own:
- Proactively engage senior HR, talent, and tech leaders at the conference
- Qualify and prioritize high-value leads in real time
- Capture structured insights (use case, buying signals, next steps)
- Support meeting flow and identify high-opportunity conversations
- Drive immediate follow-up via LinkedIn and messaging
Ideal profile:
- 2–5+ years experience in SDR/BDR, sales, or partnerships (B2B SaaS preferred)
- Strong discovery and qualification skills (you know how to spot real opportunities quickly)
- Confident, polished communicator comfortable with senior stakeholders
- Highly organized, able to operate in a fast-paced conference setting
