We are seeking a motivated and proactive Handyman/Woman/Maintenance person to join our facilities maintenance team. Responsibilities
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on yards and facility systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Inspect facilities and grounds regularly for safety hazards or potential issues, addressing them promptly.
- Lead or supervise maintenance projects, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and safely.
- Lead or supervise renovation projects
Experience
- Past experience in trades will be an asset
- Eagerness to take on small projects
- Willingness to work alone or with owner
Pay: $25.00-$27.00 per hour
