Majesco ICD/ICM configuration and rules development — ability to design object models, workflows, mappings, and rules that meet P&C insurance billing requirements and production SLAs.
Scope
Own Majesco ICD/ICM Billing configuration, customization, build, and test across UAT and Production
Collaborate with Product Owner, business users, and Solution Architect to groom backlog and resolve production issues
Design and maintain object models, mappings, workflows, and rules using Majesco tools
Implement and validate rules using the Majesco Rules Engine aligned to billing logic
Perform unit testing, deployment, and production support
Execute database scripting and data verification for billing accuracy
Must-Haves (Non-Negotiable)
Majesco ICD/ICM Billing experience — hands-on configuration, customization, and troubleshooting in live environments
P&C Insurance domain knowledge (North America) — strong understanding of billing, rating, and policy lifecycle impacts
Rules Engine development — ability to write, test, and maintain complex business rules for billing scenarios
Object-oriented design and Java — design and development using OOP principles within a Java-based stack
Majesco object models and mappings — define, update, and optimize models and data mappings
Production support and UAT handling — triage, resolve, and communicate defects and enhancements
Agile delivery — work within Scrum/Kanban, manage backlog items, and deliver iteratively
Jira or similar issue tracking — create, track, and resolve work items effectively
Unit testing — design and execute tests to validate configuration and custom components
Deployment processes — support build, release, and deployment activities
Oracle RDBMS — write scripts, understand schemas, and verify data integrity
XML/XSD — read, design, and validate structured integrations
REST APIs — consume or integrate RESTful services for system interactions
The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $27.46/hour - $42.90/hour. Our offered benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.
