The Manufacturing Manager, owns the day to day operations of a dedicated, fast scaling manufacturing unit. Reporting to the Director of Production, you'll be the driving force behind production efficiency, process engineering, and team development, building structure and capability in an environment where there is zero room for quality error and even less time to waste.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own production efficiency and precision (OEE) across Plant 2, keeping quality and cadence aligned as volumes climb.
- Lead manufacturing engineering, process design, and continuous improvement efforts, applying Lean principles such as 5S, Kaizen, and VSM.
- Direct the setup, testing, and integration of new equipment, automation, and technology, always with a clear eye on return on investment.
- Plan capacity to keep pace with demand that triples year over year.
- Oversee preventive and predictive maintenance to protect uptime on critical production lines.
- Build, coach, and develop a team.
KEY COMPETENCIES
- Strong grounding in Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodology.
- Comfortable leading equipment implementation, automation projects, or plant expansion.
- Sound judgment under pressure, with the ability to make fast, sound decisions in a high stakes, high growth environment.
- Genuine hands on presence on the plant floor, not just in the office.
- Ability to lead and align cross functional teams toward a shared standard of quality and performance.
PROFILE
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering or a related field.
- 7 to 10+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering or operations leadership.
- Experience in high volume or high cadence manufacturing is a major asset.
- A builder's mindset, comfortable creating structure and process where none exists yet.
- Flexible, resilient, and energized by fast paced growth rather than daunted by it.
