Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced and reliable Insulation Installer / Blown Insulation Technician to join our growing team in Eastern Ontario. The main responsibility of this role is installing blown insulation in residential and commercial properties while maintaining high-quality workmanship and safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Install blown insulation in attics, walls, and other areas
- Operate insulation blowing equipment safely and efficiently
- Prepare job sites and ensure clean-up is completed after each job
- Load and unload materials and equipment
- Work safely at heights and in confined spaces when required
- Communicate professionally with customers and team members
- Follow company safety procedures and industry standards
- Perform basic equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
Requirements
- Previous insulation installation experience is required
- Experience with blown insulation is strongly preferred
- Valid driver’s licence with clean driving record
- Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physical labour
- Comfortable working in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
