We are a growing lawn care company serving the Mississauga and Oakville area, and we are looking for a motivated Sales Representative to join our team.
In this role, you will be the voice of our company — answering inbound calls, reaching out to potential clients, and selling our full range of lawn care services including:
- Lawn mowing and maintenance
- Lawn and property cleanup
What You'll Do:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to client inquiries in a friendly and professional manner
- Make outbound sales calls to residential and commercial prospects
- Sell and upsell our lawn care service packages
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
- Work closely with the operations team to coordinate service delivery
What We're Looking For:
- Strong verbal communication and sales skills
- Confident and persuasive phone manner
- Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude
- Previous sales or customer service experience is an asset
- Knowledge of lawn care or landscaping is a plus but not required
Compensation:
- Hourly base pay plus commission on sales
- Flexible schedule
