Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Servers to join our dynamic restaurant team. As a Server, you will be the face of our establishment, providing exceptional guest service, ensuring food safety and sanitation standards are maintained, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons. Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Micros POS
- Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining presentation standards
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling duties
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
- Ensure proper food handling, sanitation, and safety protocols are followed at all times
- Assist with food preparation and kitchen tasks as needed to support smooth operations
- Manage time effectively to serve multiple tables promptly during busy periods
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations in accordance with sanitation standards
- Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly to ensure high levels of guest satisfaction
Experience
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality and guest satisfaction
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and billing accurately
- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation practices, and food handling procedures in the food industry
- Experience with food preparation, serving, or kitchen work is advantageous
- Ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor are essential for success in this role
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
