Compensation:
- Starting wage in this region: $17.85 base wage + commissions and spiffs. Commissions are uncapped, so you can set your own standard of how much money you want to earn!
What does uncapped commissions mean? the more you sell, the more you make! The sky is the limit.
What are spiffs? additional bonuses based on your ability to market and sell!! Who doesn't like a little friendly competition!

Job Details:
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Determine customer needs and recommend the best solutions.
- Stay knowledgeable about our product, services, promotions and policies.
- Build customer relationships by providing prompt and exceptional sales and after sales service.
- Work well in a team of other sales staff and retail Store Managers.
- Ensure customer concerns are resolved with urgency and good judgement.
- Maintain a clean, tidy and professional looking workplace.
