This position is for a Field Service Engineer specializing in diagnostic X-ray systems such as Bone Mineral Density (BMD), Fluoroscopy, Mammography and Digital Radiography (DR). The successful candidate will be based in GTA, Ontario and will manage service operations independently in the region.
The Position

· Clear customer and team communication. Understanding customers needs.
· Managing emergency service as well as scheduled maintenance and quality assurance testing.
· Installation and service tasks include resolving electrical, mechanical, network issues
· Install equipment according to manufacturer's specifications
· Managing a project by consulting with customers and contractors
· Create and maintain service report records
· Continuing professional development, OEM training
· Maintaining your provided toolkits, test equipment, and documentation
· Follow quality requirements, training, and safety procedures.
Requirements:
· Previous experience servicing Healthcare electronic equipment is an asset
· Graduate of a recognized Technology, Engineering, Electronics program
· Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
· Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
· Experience in servicing equipment with a strong computer, electronics, and mechanical background
· Interpret system manuals, schematics, and wiring diagrams
· High attention to detail
· Ability to test and troubleshoot electrical analog and digital circuits
· Strong working knowledge of computer systems and networking skills
· Mechanical knowledge and experience
· Ability and experience to use variety of tools and test equipment
· Adapt to flexible hours and time management
· Working professional in healthcare environments Hospitals/Clinics
· Have a valid driver’s license, own a reliable vehicle
· Ability to travel within and outside of Canada
