Positions Available: Up to 3 RMTs
Hours: 20–30 hours/week
Compensation: 70% of Massage
Bonus: Pilates Mat & Reformer Training (over $5,000 value)

Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of massage techniques including Swedish, deep tissue, sports, and prenatal massage based on client needs.
- Assess client conditions and discuss treatment options to develop personalized therapy plans.
- Maintain a clean and organized treatment area, ensuring all equipment is sanitized and ready for use.
- Build strong relationships with clients through excellent communication and customer service.
- Keep accurate records of client treatments and progress.
- Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and best practices to enhance skills.
- Adhere to all safety and hygiene protocols in compliance with state regulations.
Experience
- A valid state license or certification in massage therapy is required.
- Previous experience in a spa or wellness center is preferred but not mandatory.
- Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and various massage modalities is essential.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
