Are you passionate about coordinating dynamic projects that impact the healthcare industry? Do you enjoy facilitating communication, organization, and collaboration to ensure successful project delivery? This is an opportunity to work on impactful projects that enhance patient care, security, and technological efficiency for our customers. Join us as a Project Coordinator, where you’ll be key in supporting our team and ensuring the successful completion of projects that make a difference in healthcare. This position is a temporary full-time, 12-month contract, with the potential to transition to a permanent full-time role.
As a Project Coordinator, you will:
Project Assistance: Aid in planning and tracking customer operations projects to ensure they remain on schedule and align with team objectives. Monitor milestones, deadlines, and assist with coordinating project and customer meetings.
Resource Coordination: Support Project Managers and Program Portfolio Managers by tracking resource allocation and identifying potential capacity issues.
Stakeholder Support: Prepare and organize regular updates for internal teams, and occasionally external stakeholders, under supervision.
Requirements & Project Documentation: Assist in gathering and documenting project requirements from various teams (e.g., Technology, Sales, Marketing) for easy access. Support project documentation through meeting notes, lessons learned, and the maintenance of project plans for smaller projects.
Risk Identification: Help update risk and issue logs, notifying Project Managers of any observed concerns.
Meeting Coordination: Schedule and organize Sprint Planning, Review, and Retrospective sessions to maintain the team’s agile workflow.
Agile Documentation: Record notes and action items during Scrum meetings to ensure clear follow-up tasks.
Performance Tracking: Assist in gathering data on sprint performance metrics and compiling simple reports to support continuous improvement.
Sectra One Journey Application: Use the Sectra One Journey methodology to promote standardization and drive process improvements.
Special Projects: Coordinate internal departmental projects as needed.
10%-15% travel required.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Project Management, or a related field.
Project Management certificate.
Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in project coordination or similar roles.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Effective verbal and written communication skills, with a service-oriented mindset.
Self-starter with a proven ability to work independently.
Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
Highly adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Bilingual: English and French.
Working toward PMP certification.
Familiarity with Scrum and Agile methodologies.
Experience with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Wrike, time reporting applications, Microsoft Office Suite).
Interest in healthcare IT and technology-driven project management.
Basic understanding of healthcare imaging solutions is a plus.
Our salary range for this role falls between $66,700 and $82,400.The final salary offer will depend on several key factors, including the candidate's level of experience, their specific skill set, and the overall alignment with the job requirements. Other considerations may include the candidate’s education, certifications, and any additional relevant qualifications. We aim to offer a competitive salary that reflects the value each individual brings to our team.
