Workforce Wellness is looking for a “Project Coordinator & Community Manager” to work with our rapidly growing team. In this position, you will play a crucial role in advancing our mission by supporting the successful execution of key projects aimed at implementing the Psychological Health & Safety Standard at work.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist with scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, documenting meeting minutes, and managing project timelines.
- Coordinate activities of different teams, including Workforce Wellness team, hospital staff, and independent researchers.
- Prepare newsletters and email updates for client employees and management about the pilot's progress.
- Create presentations and reports for stakeholder meetings.
- Address questions and feedback from client employees and managers regarding the platform and the pilot.
- Onboard client employees onto the Workforce Wellness Platform and moderate peer support features.
- Identify and recruit volunteers for the "peer support champion" program and organize training sessions.
- Develop training manuals and user guides for the platform.
- Document pilot program processes and procedures.
- Compile frequently asked questions and answers based on interactions and feedback.
- Collect data on key metrics, distribute and collect surveys, facilitate focus groups, and track platform usage data.
- Analyze data collected throughout the pilot and assist in preparing reports summarizing findings and key insights.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Sciences, Management, or a related field.
- Previous experience as a Research Assistant or Project Coordinator is an asset.
Knowledge and Skills
- Strong organizational skills, including attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in data collection, analysis, and reporting.
- Familiarity with workplace mental health standards and technology implementation is a plus.
