Journeyman Plumber – Commercial Construction

Goose Mechanical is growing and looking to add a Journeyman Plumber to our team.
This role is ideal for someone who wants to take ownership of small to medium-sized commercial projects and be hands-on in the field while leading a crew.
You’ll be responsible for running projects from a mechanical standpoint, leading a team of up to 5, and ensuring work is completed to a high standard—on time and on spec.
We’re looking for someone who can think ahead, stay organized, and keep crews productive by making sure materials, tools, and direction are always in place.
Goose Mechanical is an established and reputable mechanical contractor in Calgary, known for taking care of our people and running efficient, well-supported jobs.
What You’ll Do:
- Run small to mid-sized commercial plumbing projects
- Lead and coordinate a crew of up to 5 team members
- Plan ahead to ensure materials, tools, and equipment are on site
- Maintain project schedule and quality standards
- Train and mentor apprentices
What You Bring:
- Journeyman Plumber ticket
- Experience working on or running commercial construction projects
- Strong leadership and communication skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $44.00-$50.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
