Warehouse Worker / Delivery Assistant– Major Home Appliances
We are the leading specialty home appliance retailer in Kingston and surrounding areas.
We are looking for a hardworking, strong, self-motivated, independent candidate with a CAN DO attitude. If you have previous experience with warehousing, we want to hear from you. ***Note- This job requires heavy lifting on a regular basis***
SHIFT:
Monday to Friday 8-4:30 or 7-3:30
Rotating Saturdays
LOCATION: Kingston - West end
Duties:
- Handling stock with care to avoid damages
- Order picking of products and preparing shipments
- Driving a variety of company vehicles on occasion
- Be able to lift heavy objects as this needs to be done on a regular basis
- Interacting with multiple customer, each day
- Organizing deliveries
- Receiving multiple piece shipments daily
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Other various duties as required

Qualifications:
- Experience with warehousing and heavy lifting
- Can lift heavy objects steadily throughout the day
- Exhibits positive “can do” attitude
- Detail oriented
- Willingness to communicate openly and takes responsibility for tasks and actions
- Valid Ontario drivers license preferred
- Experience driving large trucks (Cube vans, 5-ton) preferred
