Senior Sales Representative –Landscape Construction and Pools

We’re seeking an experienced Sales Representative to help grow our business. (experience in lead generation would be an asset) Leads will also be provided that come in through online sources.

Responsibilities
Client Engagement:
· Respond to and manage leads provided by the company with in 24 hours.
· Meet with prospective clients to assess their needs and preferences, Onsite visits required.
· Provide expert advice on landscaping and construction solutions tailored to client goals.
· Sales Process Management:
· Present the full range of Strong Base services, including interlock, paving, natural stone, fencing, pools, and more.
· Create and deliver accurate, competitive quotes and proposals.
· Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed monthly targets.
· Present on going sales results weekly
· Update client info in CRM System consistently throughout the project and follow up process
· Post-Sales Support:
· Follow up with clients after project completion to ensure satisfaction.
· Address any concerns and collect feedback for continuous improvement.
Business Development:
- Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities to generate new leads.
- Build relationships with architects, designers, and contractors to expand referral networks.
Market Awareness:
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demands to identify opportunities for growth.
- Provide input on marketing strategies based on client feedback and market knowledge.
What we are looking for/ Experience required:
· Minimum of 5 years of experience in landscaping, pools, construction, or a related industry.
· Proven track record in sales with the ability to meet and exceed targets.
· Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
· Knowledge of landscaping design, construction techniques, and outdoor aesthetics is highly valued.
· Self-driven, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
· Drivers license (Clean drivers abstract to be provided)
