We are looking for a driven and energetic HR Recruitment Coordinator to join our growing team. This position plays a critical role in attracting, recruiting, and retaining top talent for our drilling operations and corporate support teams.
The ideal successful candidate is an organized, proactive professional with strong communication and relationship-building skills who can effectively recruit top talent in a fast-paced drilling environment. In addition, have experience sourcing and hiring field personnel, understand the importance of safety and operational demands, can manage multiple priorities with attention to detail, and maintain a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity.

Position Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in an HR Recruitment role
- Comprehensive knowledge of recruitment strategies
- Experience in management of crew scheduling
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to work well with others as well as independently
- Effective, high-level organizational and communication skills
- Experience recruiting within the drilling, oil and gas, construction, or heavy industrial sectors is strongly preferred
