Trinity Underwriting Managers Ltd. is looking for an Underwriting Associate to join our Specialty Lines team.
Responsibilities:
- Assist senior underwriters in obtaining necessary underwriting information
- Issue, endorse, or cancel policies following underwriting policies/procedures
- Prepare account files including application screen
- Process midterm changes and endorsement requests
- Accurately prorate/short-rate annual premiums for midterm changes/ cancellations
- Set up renewal files on our policy management system and send out renewal reminders
- Support the underwriting team by assisting with requests and other administrative duties
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree required
- Professional Liability Underwriting experience an asset
- CIP preferred
- French fluency preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
