JT Equipment is a fast-paced and growing equipment solutions provider. We are currently seeking a Parts Driver / Warehouse Helper to join our Parts Department.

This position will primarily support our parts team with local parts deliveries and pickups. When not on the road, this role will assist in the warehouse with shipping and receiving support, returns, cores, warranty parts, hydraulic hose building, warehouse organization, and general parts department duties.
The Parts Driver / Warehouse Helper plays an important role in keeping our parts department organized, efficient, and moving.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Deliver and pick up parts as required.
- Assist with warehouse organization, cleaning, and general upkeep.
- Support shipping and receiving with incoming and outgoing parts.
- Assist with picking, packing, and staging parts orders.
- Help process returns, cores, and warranty parts.
- Assist with building hydraulic hoses once trained.
- Communicate with the Parts, Service, and Shipping/Receiving teams.
- Help maintain an organized and efficient parts warehouse.
- Learn and assist with basic equipment operation, including skid steer operation.
- Support the parts department with other duties as required.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Entry-level position — previous parts or warehouse experience is an asset but not required.
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license required.
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Good computer skills.
- Friendly, professional attitude.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Interest in the parts, equipment, or construction industry is considered an asset.
Schedule:
- Full-time position.
- Monday to Friday.
- 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Compensation:
- $22-$25/hr
- Extended health care benefits after 3 months.

This position is based in Calgary, AB. You will be required to reliably commute to work and complete local parts deliveries and pickups as needed
Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
