Responsibilities:
* Assist with demolition and removal of damaged materials.
* Clean and prepare job sites.
* Move and transport equipment and materials.
* Support technicians with water extraction and drying processes.
* Perform general labor duties as needed.
* Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
* Assist with mold remediation and cleaning.
* Complete assigned tasks efficiently and effectively.
* Be a part of the emergency on-call rotation
* Clear written and photo documentation
* Work independently and as a part of a team
* Own you own tools
Qualifications:
* Ability to perform physical labor and lift heavy objects.
* Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
* Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
* Reliable and punctual.
* Valid driver’s license is-mandatory.
* Clean driver's abstract-no convictions such as distracted driving
* Prior experience in construction or restoration is helpful but not required.
* Ability to use power tools
