Many people never get access to the quality of coaching, accountability, and support that elite athletes receive.
That’s why Rose Up Fitness was created.
Rose Up Fitness is a brand-new training facility opening in Alliston with a simple mission:
To help athletes and adults become stronger, healthier, more confident versions of themselves through individualized coaching and a supportive community.
We’re not building a traditional gym where members wander around wondering what to do.
Every member receives guidance, coaching, accountability, and a plan.
And because we’re opening a brand-new facility, we're looking for a Studio Manager & Lead Coach who wants to help build this business from the ground up.
This isn’t simply a management position.
You’ll be helping shape the culture, member experience, coaching standards, and future growth of Rose Up Fitness.
At Rose Up Fitness, we work with two primary groups:
- Adults looking for accountability, expert coaching, and a supportive fitness community
- Youth and competitive athletes looking to improve strength, speed, confidence, performance, and injury resilience
All members receive individualized programming and coaching, even within a small group training environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
As Studio Manager, you’ll oversee the day-to-day operation of the facility including:
- Membership onboarding and client experience
- Coach scheduling and team coordination
- Facility organization and cleanliness
- Membership administration and retention
- Supporting marketing, events, and community initiatives
- Assisting with hiring and staff development
- Day time shift work
As Lead Coach, you’ll also:
- Deliver small group personal training sessions
- Coach youth athlete performance groups
- Conduct assessments and consultations
- Design and adjust training programs
- Build strong relationships with members and families

Qualifications
Required:
- Recognized Personal Training Certification from a recognized organization (NASM, CanFitPro, CSEP-CPT, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, NSCA-CPT, or equivalent)
- CPR/AED Certification
- Minimum two years coaching experience
- Experience leading group training sessions
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Experience managing staff or facilities
- Sales or membership retention experience
Preferred:
- Degree in Kinesiology or Exercise Science
- Experience coaching youth athletes
A satisfactory Vulnerable Sector Check is required prior to employment. Candidates are responsible for obtaining this check if selected for the position.

Salary is $52,000–$65,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications, with opportunities for growth as Rose Up Fitness expands.
