Job Summary
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Support Workers to provide high-quality care and assistance to individuals in various settings, including assisted living facilities, nursing homes, and private homes. The ideal candidate will have experience in patient care, senior care, and working with individuals with disabilities or dementia. This role involves supporting clients with daily activities, medication reminder, meal preparation, and maintaining a clean and safe environment. A strong commitment to caregiving and the ability to handle physically demanding tasks are essential for success in this position.
Experience
- Prior experience in assisted living, nursing home, or home care environments preferred
- Knowledge of dementia care, hospice care, or working with individuals with disabilities is a plus
- Experience in caregiving roles involving medication reminder and patient support is highly desirable
- Familiarity with caregiving duties such as meal preparation, light cleaning, and mobility assistance is beneficial
- Previous work involving heavy lifting or physical support is advantageous
- Certification or training in caregiving or healthcare-related fields is a plus but not required
