Job Title: Platform Reliability Engineer

Position Overview:
Seeking an experienced Platform Reliability Engineer with a strong background in BFSI, Public Sector, or Telecom environments. The ideal candidate will support platform stability, performance, automation, and reliability across enterprise environments.
Responsibilities
- Design and support platform reliability solutions across BFSI, Public Sector, and Telecom environments.
- Support modernization initiatives for banking systems, citizen services, OSS/BSS platforms, billing systems, charging platforms, and telecom customer platforms.
- Build and maintain monitoring, observability, and platform health solutions.
- Support Kubernetes, cloud-native platforms, and enterprise platform services.
- Implement automation and reliability engineering practices.
- Support telecom network services, 5G platforms, and digital infrastructure environments.
- Conduct performance analysis, capacity planning, and resiliency testing.
- Collaborate with platform, infrastructure, and development teams.
- Ensure compliance with security, governance, and operational standards.
- Support continuous improvement and platform optimization initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Experience as a Platform Reliability Engineer within BFSI, Public Sector, or Telecom environments.
- Experience supporting enterprise platforms, OSS/BSS, billing, charging, or customer-facing systems.
- Strong experience with observability, monitoring, and platform operations.
- Experience supporting cloud-native and containerized environments.
- Experience with automation, scripting, and Infrastructure as Code.
- Understanding of governance, compliance, and security requirements.
- Experience with Kubernetes and platform engineering concepts.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical abilities.
- Experience supporting enterprise-scale environments.
- Cloud or SRE certification preferred.
