General labour position to help with all aspects of custom rubber and polyurethane manufacturing. Candidate must be punctual and reliable with high attention to detail. High school math, and experience with hand tools are required. Must be physically fit as occasional heavy lifting is required. Fluent English not required but must be able to communicate. We provide on the job training. Must not be allergic to certain chemicals used in our processes. Protective equipment (PPE) is provided however candidate must have their own steel-toe work boots. 4 month probationary period at which time salary and benefits will be discussed further.
