For over 17 years, Butterfly has been enhancing the lives of children and families in our community. We are a growing, therapist-owned paediatric practice made up of Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, and Speech-Language Pathologists serving children from birth to 18 years of age.
We are excited to be expanding and are currently seeking a part-time Speech-Language Pathologist to join our Burlington location, with possible growth to our new Oakville location. You’ll step into a welcoming, supportive environment with an opportunity to grow a caseload with a wonderful community of families.

Position Overview
This is an immediate opportunity to support a small pre-existing caseload, and growth from our waitlist made up of evening, and weekend sessions.
Preferred availability includes:
- 2 evenings per week
- 1-2 weekend shifts per week
- We can be flexible for the right candidate, but hours need to align with our busiest times
- Potential for growth to full time
- Potential for shifts in Oakville if looking for growing a new caseload and for more hours/shifts than available in Burlington
Hours: Part-time (18ish hours/week)

Tools & Resources You’ll Have Access To

- Speech-specific resources including Super Duper materials, articulation cards, and receptive/expressive language activities
- Shared Speech Google Drive with extensive therapy materials, parent handouts, and report templates
- Symbol-making system for visual supports, with preparation help from our Client Experience Team
- Electronic charting and scheduling system (Jane) with embedded templates—charting can be completed off-site if preferred
- A collaborative team of experienced SLPs, OTs, and PTs who love to share and support one another

- Willing to work two evenings and a weekend day per week(that’s when kids are available - but we are closed all long weekends!)
- Registered in Ontario as a Speech-Language Pathologist, preferably with 2 years of paediatric experience
