How will you contribute to our success?:
- Support the hiring and onboarding process for new employees;
-
Collaboration in projects to increase employee engagement at the company;
-
Collaboration in implementing tools, policies and programs, in line with the department’s people strategy - which involves improving HR processes regarding recruitment, and retention;

Coordinate with CSL Academy Team on various Training & Development tasks;

Assist in general day to day HR tasks to help support the business;

Capacity to take on other projects or responsibilities, in cooperation with the Director, Human Resources, HR Business Partners and wider HR team.
The skills you will bring to our team:
- Bachelor’s Degree in labour relations or human resources, under way;

Proficiency in computer skills (strong knowledge of MS Office applications);

Fluency in both languages (English and French);

Great team spirit and interpersonal skills;

Ability to deal with sensitive issues and to manage confidential information.
Knowledge of English is necessary for this role due to daily interactions with colleagues, clients and partners who are mainly located outside Quebec and in order to understand regulatory requirements and technical instructions and specifications.
