The Rope Loft is looking for a friendly and reliable Bartender to join our team in Chester, Nova Scotia. We are seeking someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in providing great service while preparing quality drinks for our guests.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Monitor guest consumption and follow responsible alcohol service practices
- Assist with bar setup, stocking, and closing duties
- Help coordinate reservations
- Work collaboratively with servers and kitchen staff during busy service
Requirements:
- Previous bartending or bar service experience is an asset
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and during peak summer season
