Maintenance Manager
Summary
The small engine mechanic must have hands on experience repairing small engines from golf
carts, boat motors, and lawnmowers. Can work with limited supervision or in a team setting to
troubleshoot and maintain the various engines and motors we have.
Job Duties
Inspect and test engines to find malfunctions using hand tools.
Repair and replace defective parts, such as gears, pistons, valves, and carburetors
Perform routine maintenance
Routinely check on rides that have engines and motors to ensure that equipment is in
working order
Maintain accurate records of parts used and services performed
Adherent to safety protocols, including working with hazardous materials
Requirements
Must have experience working with small engines such as boat motors, 2 strokes and 4
stroke engines.
Excellent technical skills
Experience using various hand tools and has own tools and boots
Must be able to work in adverse weather conditions, and loud noise
Must be able to bend, crawl, lift 40lbs or more, stand for long periods, walk, and twist.
Strong communication skills
Excellent time management skills
Ability to work under pressure
Compensation
Wage Rate $30.00/hr
