Title: Contract Administrator

Length of Assignment: Temporary
Salary: $16.00-$18.00 /Hour

Our client in Toronto, ON is actively looking for a Contract Administrator to join their team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Receive, review and scan client contracts
- Receive and process order requests from clients and sales staff, according to client contracts
- Receive and process requests for RMAs (Return Material Authorization)
- Follow up with various departments to ensure completeness of orders by due date
- Follow up with various departments and clients, regarding outstanding RMAs
- Receive and match completed client orders and RMAs and forward to the Accounting Dept
- Update departments, sales staff and clients on status of orders
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills 2+ years of office administration experience, previous background dealing with contracts a definite asset
- Advanced MS Office skills Post secondary education in Business and/or Accounting an asset
