We are seeking an Assembler to join our team. As an Assembler, you will be responsible for putting together components to create finished products according to specific guidelines.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare and feed raw materials to machines during production run, performing in-line inspections
- Assemble and feed raw materials to machines during production run
- Prepare production reports and assist with operation of the machines
- Check and verify that the correct raw materials for the type of product manufactured supplied based on the Bill of Materials/work order
- Assemble packaging materials ensuring correct lot number, box number and sterilization tape
- Inspect, seal, label and package finished products
- Transfer finished goods to warehouse
- Prepare and complete Finished Goods Report, verifying the quantities produced
- Remove all unused raw materials, labels, in-process materials and incomplete cases to Inventory
- Assist in relieving of Machine Operators and cleaning of machines
- Clean and maintain the working areas in compliance with the SOP and GMP, recording in the Sanitation logbook
- Performs additional related duties as required
