Personal Trainer / Fitness Coach
Andrea Klas Fitness – North Vancouver
More Than Training. A Career in Transformation.
Andrea Klas Fitness is a client focused methodology for building strength, losing body fat through body recomposition and building a sustainable lifestyle of health and longevity. We serve clients mainly in the middle years navigating challenges with ageing, perimenopause, menopause and andropause. We offer a hands on and wholistic program at two locations (North Vancouver and Lions Bay) - private, premium training and health centres - built to redefine how adults approach fitness, nutrition, and long‑term health.
We are not a traditional gym, and this is not a typical nutrition role.
Our clients come to us because they are frustrated with dieting, confused by conflicting information, and tired of programs that don’t last. Our mission is to help people lose body fat, build or maintain muscle, improve metabolic health, and develop habits that support them for life—not just for 8 weeks.
We do not sell workouts.
We deliver results, structure, and accountability in a highly professional, team-based environment.
We are seeking a Personal Trainer / Coach who is aligned with our values, standards, and long-term vision—someone who sees coaching as a craft and a calling, not a shift.
Our Mission
We change lives by helping people become stronger, healthier, and more confident versions of themselves—at any age.
Our clients come to us after years of dieting, confusion, and frustration. They stay because they feel safe, supported, educated, and empowered. They get results—and they learn how to keep them.
As a coach at Andrea Klas Fitness, you are not just training bodies.
You are helping clients reframe their identity, habits, and relationship with health.
The Foundation of Our Program
Every client at Andrea Klas Fitness follows a structured, proven system built on three pillars:
- Fitness – Progressive strength training with purposeful HIIT
- Nutrition – Macronutrient and BMR-focused (supported by our Nutrition Coaches)
- Mindset & Accountability – Consistency, discipline, and long-term behavior change
We track progress using InBody body composition scans and coach based on real data—not emotions or scale weight.
