Kann Boutique is expanding into our brick-and-mortar flagship in Toronto.
We are looking for an experienced, high-energy Sales & Lounge Concierge.

Key Responsibilities
- High-Velocity Sales: Drive revenue and maintain composure during our high-traffic daily sales periods.
- Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service
- Loss Prevention & Safety: Maintain high situational awareness to deter theft in a busy space, and handle customer conflicts calmly and professionally.
- Merchandising & Upkeep: Perform daily post-sale store recovery, sorting apparel, steaming stock, resetting and keeping the boutique pristine.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 2+ years of apparel retail experience
- Conflict Resolution: Proven experience handling customer complaints, high-pressure environments, and loss prevention vigilance.
- Punctuality: Exceptional time management skills. Must be strictly punctual to align with strict sales windows.
- Personality: Outgoing, polite, and deeply personable with a natural instinct for sales
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stay on your feet, move quickly during sales rushes.
- Applicants: We are a female retail store. No male applicants will be considered.
Hours & Schedule
- Availability: Operational hours run Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 7:30 p.m.
