Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers during their vehicle repair process.
- Provide accurate estimates and explain repair options clearly to customers.
- Upsell additional services and products based on customer needs and vehicle condition.
- Monitor and improve customer satisfaction, with a strong focus on this metric.
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during the service process.
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service in the automotive industry.
- Strong upselling skills with a focus on enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Basic knowledge of automotive systems and terminology.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.
- Experience working in a dealership or automotive repair environment.
