Team Member – Jimmy John's Sandwiches

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers with a friendly and positive attitude, take accurate food and beverage orders, answer menu questions, and provide exceptional customer service.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system, process cash and card payments, and accurately handle cash transactions and change.
- Prepare sandwiches and other menu items according to Jimmy John's recipes and standards while following food safety, sanitation, and quality procedures.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary restaurant by cleaning dining areas, clearing tables, returning trays, sweeping and mopping floors, washing dishes and kitchen utensils, and servicing restrooms.
- Work collaboratively with team members and management to ensure smooth daily operations, assist with training new employees, and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
- Handle customer questions, concerns, and complaints professionally and courteously, resolving issues in accordance with company policies.
- Maintain a professional appearance by wearing the required uniform and adhering to company grooming and dress code standards.
- Follow all health, safety, and food handling regulations while maintaining quality, speed, and efficiency.

Previous experience in a restaurant, food service, or cashier role is considered an asset but is not required.
